The Community Center Complex is also home to the West Liberty Child Care Center, West Liberty’s only state-licensed Early Childhood facility, with full-time care options. The Center’s purpose is to meet the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child, serving ages 6 weeks through 4 years with full time and part time childcare.
