The West Liberty Chamber of Commerce held their 18th Annual Golf Outing event this past August. 21 teams participated, and we had a whole lot of fun! SO many great things happened during the event including raffle items, free drinks on the course provided by Car Quest in West Liberty, and a game at each hole!
