Forms can be dropped it off at the Chamber’s office in the WeLead Building, 119 E. Third St., or sent to PO Box 350, West Liberty, Iowa
Parade Schedule:
Line-up: 12pm at the Muscatine County Fairgrounds
Judging: 1pm
Parde Begins: 2pm
Picnic in the Park Schedule:
Vendor setup: 10am
Event runs: 3:00-5:30pm
Tear-down: 5:30-7pm
