The Home partners with Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading rehabilitation companies, to provide speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to residents.

Simpson Village, retirement living at its finest

Simpson Village features three sets of duplex townhomes, each offering 1,300 square feet (1,200 square feet livable) with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry area, water softener, spacious living and dining room, back patio, and a front porch for relaxing outdoors. Each home also includes an oversized attached two-car garage. Located on the east side of the campus, these homes provide city conveniences within a serene country setting.

Heath Manor, independent apartment living with supportive services

Heath Manor offers 24 one-bedroom apartments with a den, totaling 806 square feet (542 square feet livable), arranged around a welcoming commons area with a large limestone fireplace. Residents benefit from housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and food services, as well as an on-site beauty salon. Apartments are modern and convenient, featuring vaulted ceilings, central air and heat, full kitchens, and French doors that open onto small patios. Heath Manor combines the comfort of independent living with access to supportive services.
