Description
The City of West Liberty is a welcoming community located in the heart of Muscatine County. With a population of nearly 4,000, West Liberty offers small-town charm, cultural diversity, and a strong sense of community. The city is part of the Muscatine micropolitan area and is conveniently situated near Interstate 80 along Historic Highway 6.
The City Administration Building, known as CAB, houses the administrative offices. Located at 111 W 7th Street, it includes the City Manager’s Office, the Mayor’s Office, Building Inspections and Planning, IT Services, and Public Relations. Located in a former school building, it also hosts rooms for several service organizations.
