Arty’s Ice Cream Parlor

Arty's Ice Cream Parlor in West Liberty excels in ice-cream and desserts, as well as coffee, able to serve customers in-store and through their drive-through. The parlor is seasonal, closing during the winter months. But don't worry, it will be back, fully staffed, every Spring.
